MATERIAL PORTFOLIO

rPET (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

rPET (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate

This thermoplastic is made from recycled PET bottles and other food containers. It is known for its excellent strength, UV resistance, and chemical stability. rPET is lightweight, sustainable, and ideal for structural outdoor furniture.

Extrusion Temperature: 240–265°C
Applications: Sunbeds, chairs, tables, ice buckets, and outdoor decor.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

rPET (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate

This biodegradable thermoplastic is derived from renewable plant resources like corn starch and sugarcane. It is easy to print, environmentally friendly, and characterized by a smooth, glossy surface finish. PLA is suitable for decorative pieces and indoor furniture. Bio-fillers can be added to enhance its texture.

Extrusion Temperature: 190–220°C
Applications: Indoor furniture, decorative items, branding prototypes.

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

This glycol-modified version of PET offers increased clarity, toughness, and impact resistance. It is FDA-compliant, low-odor, and prints with minimal warping, making it a great choice for transparent or semi-transparent items.

Extrusion Temperature: 220–250°C
Applications: Transparent or impact-resistant components, glassware, lighting covers.

rABS (Recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

rABS (Recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

PTEG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)

This recycled engineering-grade thermoplastic is strong, durable, and heat-resistant. It features a matte finish and excellent post-processing properties like sanding or painting. rABS is ideal for high-load furniture parts and industrial applications.

Extrusion Temperature: 230–250°C
Applications: Structural furniture frames, enclosures, functional components.

rPP (Recycled Polypropylene)

rABS (Recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

A lightweight, flexible, and fatigue-resistant thermoplastic derived from recycled consumer and industrial goods. It is chemically resistant and can be used for water-contact applications. rPP has a slightly waxy feel and a natural matte finish.

Extrusion Temperature: 220–250°C
Applications: Outdoor glassware, stackable storage, trays, and light-use furniture.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

rABS (Recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

This flexible, rubber-like material offers high elasticity, abrasion resistance, and durability. TPU is perfect for components that require soft touch, shock absorption, or bending.

Extrusion Temperature: 210–240°C
Applications: Cushions, mats, anti-slip feet, flexible joints, wearables.
